If you are not satisfied with inv.so, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first paid charge. Just email [email protected] with your account email — no forms, no hoops.
After 14 days
We don't issue refunds for partial billing periods after the 14-day window. You can cancel any time from your billing settings — your plan stays active through the end of the current billing period, then your account is paused with no further charges.
Yearly plans: if you cancel partway through the year, your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't pro-rate refunds for the unused months in the standard policy, but contact us if you have a specific situation we should consider.
Trial
Every new account starts with a 14-day Pro trial. You add a card on signup so the account stays active when the trial ends — but you are not charged until the trial completes. Cancel before the trial ends and you owe nothing.
How to cancel
Sign in → Settings → Billing → Manage Billing → Cancel subscription. The Stripe Customer Portal handles the cancellation; you'll receive an email confirmation immediately.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the email address on your account. Include the date of the charge if you can. Refunds are processed via Stripe and typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any consumer-protection rights you have under your local law (including the EU Consumer Rights Directive, UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, or Australian Consumer Law). Where local law gives you a longer cooling-off period or stronger refund rights, those rights apply.
